Newchange Construction provides professional home renovation, repair, and consulting services. This includes, but is not limited to, repairing older homes, managing fix-and-flip projects, and providing expert consultation for property improvements. All service details, quotes, and project plans are provided based on the information you supply and are subject to material availability and final project approval.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All estimates or quotes provided by Newchange Construction are for informational purposes. Due to the nature of renovating older properties, quotes are subject to change based on final site inspections, unforeseen structural discoveries, material price fluctuations, or changes in project scope. A formal, signed agreement or contract is required before any work commences.

3. Payment Terms

A payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your formal project agreement. Payments are due according to this schedule. Newchange Construction reserves the right to suspend or halt work on a project if payments are not made in a timely manner. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful project, the client is responsible for:

•Providing accurate and complete information regarding the project scope and goals.

•Securing any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities or homeowner associations.

•Ensuring the work area is accessible and safe for our team, which includes clearing personal belongings from the construction zone and providing reasonable access to utilities (water, electricity).

5. Liability

Newchange Construction is committed to performing all work professionally and in compliance with local building codes and industry standards. However, our liability is limited as follows:

•We are not liable for damages caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, vandalism, or theft.

•We are not responsible for project delays resulting from third-party suppliers, material shortages, or client-requested changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Newchange Construction website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and project photos, is the exclusive property of Newchange Construction. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms
